respondents informed that it cast strain on their relationship.

The birth of a child changes the life of a woman completely. 29% of women seafarers respond
that they would quit sailing before planning family. However, almost 43% of them respond
that they would like to work in the company office for few years before returning to sailing and
around 29% respond that they plan to take a break for few years before returning to sailing.
