Regarding the standard period of the contract, more than 36% of the respondents reported
that 4-6 months, another 36% of them reported that it is more than 8 months. 13.6% of the
respondents reported that their contract is between 6-8 months and another 13.6% respondents
that their contract is for less than 4 months.

59% of the cruise crew respond that the promotion policy of their company is at par with
the industry, 27.3% feel that their promotions are slow, and 13.6% of them report that their
promotions are very slow.
